Susan
Nepal

Susan grew up in Eastern Washington State in a family that doesn't know
the Lord. She became a Christian at age 16, and even then the Lord began
to speak to her about serving Him full time. In college she knew she was
called to Missions, but thinking she should get some security for the
future first began working awhile, to gain a permanent teaching
certificate. After a few years of not being able to reach her goals, and
beginning to drift , she finally realized that the Lord wanted her to
trust HIM for her future, and that delayed obedience is disobedience.

After that she worked with her church for a short time before going to
serve in YWAM Nepal. Since that time (May 1988) she has served in many
roles in YWAM Kathmandu including leading DTS's and serving on the
leadership in Nepal, and for some time has been the Training Director in
Kathmandu. Her passion is to see young people know God intimately and be
discipled and that discipleship to be multiplied so that they can bring
change to their nations and beyond.
