Elena
India
Elena comes from a small town in the Far North of Queensland, Australia. Having taught for several years as a Primary School Teacher in Queensland, she joined YWAM Amsterdam after completing her DTS there in 1991. Since this time Elena has worked with DTS’s in Amsterdam, Lausanne, Switzerland and India.
Elena returned back to Australia to complete theological studies and more recently, training in International Aid and Development. Her passion is focused in the area of outreach, but she also has a real desire to see DTS Staff and students better equipped to really make an impact in their locations through staff training and practical ministry. In 2006 Elena relocated to India, to help strengthen DTS’s operating in that part of the world.
Elena enjoys teaching in DTS’s, being with people and seeing individuals released into their giftings and strengths.

Jim
and Judy ISOM
Amsterdam, the Netherlands
Jim and Judy came into YWAM in 1990, from 20 years of prior ministry, including
Pastoring. Their heart for DTS is to see the students from "difficult
family backgrounds" come to freedom
and
fulfill God's creative design for them in Missions, in what ever expression
God intends.
They teach extensively in DTS's in the area of Relationships and Identity, and how our families influence us and future generations. Having pioneered two ministries, now over 20 years running, before coming into YWAM, they offer a good "Apostolic" influence on students.
Jim is an ordained Baptist minister, holds a Master of Arts degree in Religion and is a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor (CCDC).
Judy has her AA degree in early childhood development as well as having completed the Introduction to Biblical Counseling and Addictive Behaviour Counseling schools in the University of the Nations.
Jim and Judy currently live in Amsterdam, Holland where they work full-time for the DTS Centre. They have two grown children and two grandchildren.
