Hearing with Faith

The Lord has been speaking to us through several people that he is promising to pour out a double portion of his Grace or anointing upon us. God never gives grace or anointing where it is not needed. Thus I believe he is giving dreams or instructions to us that require double of what has been received thus far. My question is what is God saying to us, to you about his purposes? And how are we responding? The following study may help you think more about these things.
Read Hebrews 11, Hebrews 4:2, Gal 3:2-5

Question 2: Hearing by faith implies someone is talking. In Hebrews 11 someone is talking and people are responding in faith to what is being said. Who is talking? What kind of things is he talking about (generalize)?
